"Charlie represented us in the sale of our house, and the purchase of our new home. The time and care he put into our sale was unbelievable. He is always available for questions, and responds quickly. He arranged for professional listing photos that showcased our home beautifully, and gave great staging advice. After researching recent sales, he suggested listing our home for more than we were thinking, and we received an excellent offer in less than two weeks. Charlie was just as great handling the purchase of our new home. We loved the house and would have made a full price offer, but Charlie pointed out some issues we hadn't noticed, and suggested an offer more realistic to the home's value. And our offer was accepted, saving us many thousands of dollars. He clearly looked out for our best interests throughout the process.
